My recipes are uniquely my way, people always ask for my recipes when I cook for them or when I would post food.

As simple as some recipes are, lots of people were not taught to cook when growing up.

My book is designed more for beginners, not people who are "stuck to what they're used to".

In my book, I didn't provide measurements as other cookbooks because I do not believe in measurements. I believe you should season and taste as you go then season until your desired taste.

I am an island boy. Straight out of Lovely Bay Acklins, I wanted my recipes to be unique and highlight my island and my personality.
